Email guidelines for the Urban Fox pages

I love to get fox-related email, or comments on the web pages. However, after two years, there are a couple DOs and DON'Ts I would like to share with you to avoid some of the (few) frustrations I've encountered.

Please DO: Please DON'T:
  • Include your email address!! I can't emphasize this enough. If you're using a browser on a public computer, the email message will NOT contain your email address, and I won't be able to reply to you unless you write it in the body of your message.
  • Write to share fox stories, or ask specific questions about foxes or a situation involving foxes, or to discuss something I wrote.
  • Ask me for permission to use this site or any of the images to promote fox hunting, fox trapping, or anything else harmful to foxes. Save your time and typing; the answer is 'no.'
  • Request "any information you have on foxes," or something vague like that. I can't possibly answer that question in an email. Remember, I don't get paid for this.
  • Ask me to do your homework or research report for you (even in oh-so-subtle ways like "please email me one page of information about foxes").

Okay, I get it!
Forget it, I'm going back to the main page
